They don’t honour, their commitment. I spoke with the Duty manager, Mr karthik and I specifically asked him to arrange a king-size bed and he said he had blocked a room for me, but then when I reached here at 6am after a tiring travel , it’s obviously the twin bed again and I had to request them, which, as usual, they say that the rooms are full. You can imagine the frustration at 6am Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 5
