Visited Choco Choza – Race Course branch with my family. While the food was decent, the customer service was absolutely pathetic. We were seated and talking among ourselves when the staff shamelessly asked us to move to another place just because another customer wanted that seat. Seriously? Is this how you treat paying customers? This is highly unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Customers are not furniture to be shifted around based on someone else’s preference. If you don’t know how to treat guests properly, then don’t run a restaurant. Good food means nothing when your staff lacks basic manners and professionalism. Very disappointing experience. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

This is my second time at Choco Choza. Ordered French toast and zesty chicken. The French toast wasn’t upto the mark and zesty chicken didn’t taste good. The portion of chicken given was minimal, over cooked and no value for money.
