Sri Ranganathar Temple is worth visiting before wonderful meals at this cafe. Try International cuisine at Chocko Choza - Racecourse. Try tasty sandwiches, sandwich cakes and pizza. Lovely ambience. A good place to work or read, or hang out with your guy! The Beef Croissant Sandwich (under an interesting name) was very different from he ones I've had so far. However, it could have been cooked with more care. We expect a softer, tender bite leaning towards Al dente than chewy. But the rest of the stuffing more than made up for how the beef was cooked. It had broccoli and microgreens and the sauce/spread was subtle. The croissant itself was wonderfully done and I'm happy I now have a place on Race Course Road for croissants. So yay! The Mango Kombucha under 'Mocktails' was delightful. Loved the addition of chia/basil seeds (I for one can't tell them apart.. Oops! ). I also happened to try out the Blue Pea Tea. This was interesting and I wouldn't have preferred a pot of it. Tried the steak too. Again, beef was chewy and well done. Maybe they could up invest a tad bit more in excelling a good beef cook. But keeping the "beef" aside (pun intended), when you're an NRI stuck in Coimbatore, chancing on hangouts like Chocko Choza is like striking a pot of gold.
