Extremely disappointed with my experience at Swan. I had a confirmed reservation through Zomato Dining for 8:30 PM, booked at 2 PM the same day. However, at 7 PM, the manager, Mr. Manish Sehgal, was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, stating that they could not honor the reservation because the table was already booked. When we questioned this and mentioned leaving a review, his response was shockingly dismissive—‘Please go ahead, we don’t care.’ This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable. If they can’t manage reservations properly, they shouldn’t be listed on Zomato Dining. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and respectful dining experience. Service: 1
