I had organised a 45 people party at Swan for my Mom’s birthday. Swan has good reviews and we had been here before and the food and service were always alright. However , at the event we were quite underwhelmed. The food which was decided was not upto the quality mark. The service was horrible. Our guests had been asking waiters to bring food quite a few times and still they were left waiting. Moreover they were understaffed and only 2 waiters were managing an event of 45 people. The cost per person was fixed and it was looking like they were trying to reduce their cost. Moreover they did not let us play some Bollywood music , for which they had already agreed to before finalising the event. This messed up the theme of the party. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
