"I am writing to provide feedback on my dining experience at your restaurant yesterday. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The dish was served (cheese cigar roll )was blend, lacked flavor, and tasted essentially smelly, I requested to speak with the chef multiple times but the chef did not come out to meet with me, discuss the food, or receive my feedback. I strongly recommend that you **address the cooking standards within your kitchen. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000

We visited swagat on Friday for a family meal . Our visit was extremely unsettling due to an inappropriate interaction involving a member of the management team mr.umesh manager . The manager approached our table and made physical contact ,inappropriate touch ,with my young daughter (sonali ) which we felt was highly unprofessional and unnecessary. This action made our entire family, particularly my daughter, feel deeply uncomfortable and immediately ended our dining experience. Poor experience management, unprofessional.
