"I am writing to provide feedback on my dining experience at your restaurant yesterday. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The dish was served (cheese cigar roll )was blend, lacked flavor, and tasted essentially smelly, I requested to speak with the chef multiple times but the chef did not come out to meet with me, discuss the food, or receive my feedback. I strongly recommend that you **address the cooking standards within your kitchen. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000

We visited swagat on Friday for a family meal . Our visit was extremely unsettling due to an inappropriate interaction involving a member of the management team mr.umesh manager . The manager approached our table and made physical contact ,inappropriate touch ,with my young daughter (sonali ) which we felt was highly unprofessional and unnecessary. This action made our entire family, particularly my daughter, feel deeply uncomfortable and immediately ended our dining experience. Poor experience management, unprofessional. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
