My visit to Swaaddesh in Patna was a delightful journey into the heart of Bihari culture and cuisine. The Ambience: The restaurant's true strength is its immersive, rural Bihar theme. From the traditional Madhubani paintings on the walls to the use of clay serving platters, it creates a wonderfully rustic and photogenic atmosphere. The staff dressed in traditional attire adds a special touch. The Food: We came for the regional specialties and were not disappointed. The Sattu Paranthas were perfectly stuffed and incredibly flavorful. The Litti with Dehati Chicken is a standout and a must-order for its authentic taste. The Chicken Rara was rich and cooked to perfection. The Service: The team here is clearly focused on hospitality. The service was attentive, friendly, and delivered with a genuine warmth that made the entire meal feel special. This is the perfect spot for family dinners or for visitors looking to taste authentic Bihari flavors in a memorable setting. Little bit pricey but worth a try. Highly recommended!!
