Fraud Alert – Cyber Scam by Hotel Demand for Justice I’m writing this review to alert others and seek justice for a serious fraud committed by this hotel. I made a booking over a call and was asked to make a 100% advance payment in Hotel bank account. After payment, I was sent a receipt confirming the booking. However, on the day of check-in, the hotel denied any booking and claimed it was a fraud. To make things worse, they showed a fake complaint letter supposedly filed with the police – clearly an attempt to avoid accountability. There was no help or support from the hotel after the payment was made. This is a blatant case of cyber fraud and cheating. I have attached screenshots of the booking receipt and the fake no signed police letter that too of Feb for transparency. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and should not go unchecked. I request the concerned authorities to investigate this matter and take strict action. I urge Google to review this listing and potential travelers to be extremely cautious. I request everyone to support, raise their voice, and help get this hotel delisted from Google and all online platforms to prevent more people from falling victim.

We stayed at this hotel during our somnath trip Mar 2025. during our inquiry we got quick response from hotel reception also very well guided us on room category and cost . booking completed in 20 mins only . Service was excellent also Room was excellent . We got complementary breakfast which was very tasty Thanks to Hotel Welcome team . Overall Great experience.5 star rating Service: 5

Hotel is at good location, rooms were clean and spacious, washrooms were clean but need more cleaning of floor and construction marks, breakfast options were there but taste was not good and need improvement in food/restaurant. Overall it was good stay in budget. Service: 5
