worst experience. I'll trained staff. not customer friendly. the manager was rude when I asked them to serve Normal drinking water . he refused saying that , the customer needs to buy the water bottle. when I questioned them on this and said the govt rules clearly say that " any restaurant, hotel, hospital, theater, etc has to provide "drinking water" at free is cost, but here at Suraj grand, supposedly they have their" own rules". and also their GST invoices do not carry their hotel name , which is against the GST RULES. supposedly, this too , they have their "own rules". very disgusting nd disappointing staff.
