Ordered egg dosa the chef started preparing all of a sudden he started using his hand on the dosa .he dropped an egg and started rolling his hand on the egg to mix the spices and the egg with his bare hand without any gloves or any other utensil When asked about that he simply said if you don't want to eat take your money from the reception and leave
