cost of 1 kg Kaju katli is Rs.1600. never seen any where in the world. this guys charge such a high amount from customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹400–600

This branch is a big negative for Supreme bakers franchises in Kollam. Whenever you go and ask for any fresh bakes like puffs, cutlet, cream bun or steamed items which are by the way the best i had from supreme bakers kollam the kottarakara branch staffs either say items are yet to reach or they say the items just got over. And its not once or twice. I have had this experience atleast more than 10 times. At time they say it will reach after 12 30. If you go around 1:30 again same old story either didnt reach from main kitchen or over. Basically what i felt is this franchise doesnt place any order. They just survive with packed food items prepared by Supreme. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have faced during your visits.Our daily fresh items such as puffs, cutlets, cream buns, and steamed snacks are prepared centrally and delivered to our Kottarakkara branch between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM every day. To maintain quality and freshness, we do not keep these items beyond 4–5 hours, as our priority is to serve only fresh products to our customers.Due to high demand, these items may get sold out quickly on certain days, which might be why you were informed that they had just finished. Many of our regular customers are aware of this timing and plan their visits accordingly.We would also like to clarify that all fresh products available at Supreme Bakers Kollam are supplied daily to our Kottarakkara branch as well.We truly regret that your experience did not meet expectations and appreciate your honest feedback.
