Guests can have good shawarma and nicely cooked chicken at Hot Cakes. Clients don't like juice at this place. The knowledgeable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. If you want to experience professional service, you should visit this spot. Prices are found democratic here. You will certainly appreciate the homey atmosphere. But Hot Cakes has been rated below average by Google.

For the information of the general public and other customers, an unfortunate experience faced by me and my family from this branch of Hot Cakes. 15th September 2024 Tiruvanna Day. My 8 month old daughter, my wife and I stopped here for juice on our way home. Ordered juice... order came within five minutes. While drinking the juice, her daughter hit her head on the table and started crying. While his wife was rubbing the baby's head, I asked the guy who served the juice (he was wearing a white shirt and a white shirt. From his body language I understood that he is the owner of this establishment or an important person) I asked him for an ice cube. The answer is that there is no ice here. Despite repeated requests, he did not give ice. After a while, we saw that the same man (or animal) brought four glasses of iced juice to the customer Mark who came to our table... Traveling in many parts of the world, our experience in our own country was very bitter. Cruelty .. that too no institution would have done this to an 8 month old child. !!!
