As a regular customer , I've been visiting this hot cakes for 5-6 years and have always appreciated the good tea and cleanliness. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered veg and banana puffs along with two teas, but the first waiter informed me that they were out of puffs and only had cream buns. Interestingly, I noticed they were serving puffs to other customers. When I asked another waiter about the menu, he confirmed they had banana puffs and brought them to me. It seemed like there was a discrepancy in the information provided by the two waiters. I did share this experience with the billing staff.
