In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer nicely cooked shawarma and good chicken here. Guests don't highly appreciate juice at Hot Cakes. The staff is said to be gracious here. Service at this place is something one can call cool. Prices are average for the quality you receive. The cozy atmosphere is what this spot is about. For the information of the general public and other customers, an unfortunate experience faced by me and my family from this branch of Hot Cakes. 15th September 2024 Tiruvanna Day. My 8 month old daughter, my wife and I stopped here for juice on our way home. Ordered juice... order came within five minutes. While drinking the juice, her daughter hit her head on the table and started crying. While his wife was rubbing the baby's head, I asked the guy who served the juice (he was wearing a white shirt and a white shirt. From his body language I understood that he is the owner of this establishment or an important person) I asked him for an ice cube. The answer is that there is no ice here. Despite repeated requests, he did not give ice. After a while, we saw that the same man (or animal) brought four glasses of iced juice to the customer Mark who came to our table... Traveling in many parts of the world, our experience in our own country was very bitter. Cruelty .. that too no institution would have done this to an 8 month old child. !!!
