I recently traveled from Hyderabad to Pushkar and based on word-of-mouth, discovered a place called Singh Di Hatti. I drove from Pushkar to Ajmer specifically for this location, and I heartily suggest it. They serve delicious food, I sampled their chole bhature, butter milk, and chur chur naan.
