Recently had a chance to visit Pure Eats, and it was exactly what I had heard about. Easily the best South Indian food I’ve tasted not just in Ajmer, but overall. You can tell everything here is made completely fresh, and that’s exactly why it tastes so good. It was difficult to choose favourites, but the benne dosa and vadas were exceptional, honestly, something I don’t think I’d find even in south india. What really makes Pure Eats stand out is how every dish feels thoughtfully crafted and homely. The flavours so comforting, authentic, and made with so much care. It is really the kind of food that instantly makes you feel at home. If you’re in Ajmer and craving genuine South Indian food, Pure Eats is the place to go. Truly amazing.
