If I could give a rating below zero, I would have definitely rated this place -1. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered just one biryani, and I had to wait for 30 minutes which is completely unacceptable, especially considering the circumstances. I was literally the only customer when I placed the order, so there was no crowd or rush to justify the delay. Despite asking the in-charge staff multiple times, I got no proper response. To make things worse, a group of six people who came after me not only received their food promptly but also finished eating and left, while I was still waiting. This level of service is disappointing and unprofessional. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the customer experience. Very worst Briyani I ever seen guys doing go there.. this guys are cheating with our health meats are not fresh.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: ₹200–400
