It is our go to family restaurant. Being a regular customer to this restaurant had a bad experience on the quality of food they served. Went to this restaurant more 20 times bcoz my kids liked the food very much. Our regular order is either paneer fried rice or noodles and some other dishes. This time the paneer noodles that we ordered was spoiled. Informed to the manager and waiter....they didn't reacted much and we will just check it. When they came back just said that paneer was kept outside that's why it tasted liked that and went off. Neither did they gave new food nor did they apologise And just handed the bill with money for spoiled paneer also. I order frequently from Gem restaurant. This time the food is too salty. Egg biryani recipe keeps changing which is why sometimes the taste is upsetting
