Got a hard brick made of a mix of maida, sugar and cocoa powder of sub-par preparation with no layers or cream or any other characteristic trait to call it a butterscotch cake.
There was no caramel sauce, no praline or caramel flavoured cream.
The owner , Cindana, was pretty impatient from the start, and did not want to do anything about it, let alone an apology.
To top it all, I got blocked by her when I messaged my views as a disappointed customer. Totally unacceptable conduct.
Please think twice before buying cakes from her.
