We are regulars to this place. Saturday post run coffee and breakfast here for our group. Lately the experience has gone from good to worse. The service is slow, food isn’t of the same quality. But today it completely crossed all limits when we saw mouse running across the counter and sandwitch maker. This isn’t about experience anymore it’s basic hygiene issues and gross negligence on part of the coffee chain which prides itself on food quality. I had to throw the whole food we bought as I can’t allow my family to have food from a shop where rats are in the kitchen. Not going again.
