Ordering good chicken shawarma, chicken and lamb is a nice experience here. The competent staff reflects the style and character of this restaurant. Terrific service is something guests like here.
The search for authentic Shawarma is never over and Habibi was on my list. I had the chicken shawarma roll. I was quite disappointed in the large pieces of chicken (it’s supposed to be finely shredded and juicy)
A small quick bites outlet in DLF Phase 4 Supermart-1 market. As the name suggest, they specializes in Middle eastern dishes. So we had Habibi Special Chicken and Lamb Shawarma. Service was on a bit slow side. Ambiance was colorful and they have utilized small space in decent way.
Food was presented quite gracefully, but when it comes to taste. we were disappointed. Breads was on harder side, ingredients were also not on fresh side.Pricing was quite high compare to quality of food. Overall an average outing.
I have earlier eaten at Habibi, Saket and the food was really good. So this time I decided to try Habibi Express but the experience was not so great. I am sure its hard operating from a 5x5 kitchen compared a full-fledged one. We order Paneer and Falafal Shawrma, Paneer Shawrma was excellent being flavorful, falafel missed the crispiness, you could figure they were not deep friend but microwaved or just heated on pan. Will return to try more as the place was clean and the staff was super courteous.
Will not visit again.
