I genuinely like Subway as a brand — their food, concept, and quality have always been reliable for me. However, my recent experience with Subway Sapna-Sangeeta (ordered via Zomato) has been extremely disappointing. On two different occasions, I ordered the same sandwich, same sauces, same add-ons, within a 20-day span, and both times I suffered loose motions immediately after consuming the meal. The first time it happened, I didn’t want to blame Subway because the order was purely vegetarian — no fried, oily, or junk components. But when the exact same reaction repeated instantly after the second order, the pattern became impossible to ignore. This is not a minor inconvenience — it’s a serious food safety concern. A brand like Subway is expected to maintain strict hygiene, fresh stock, and proper sauce/storage standards. Something is clearly wrong, whether it’s the stock quality, sauce handling, or ingredient storage. I request the outlet management to check your inventory and supplier stock immediately. This is not the level of quality or safety anyone expects from Subway. Very disappointed, and honestly concerned. Food: 1
