I had a terrible experience with the store manager (Mr. Suryavanshi) at KFC RNT Marg. I went there with my family to have the Wednesday Special bucket and other items. Some items in the bucket were unavailable and I was offered alternatives. I asked him to match the value of the missing items on which he threatened to cancel my order and behaved very arrogantly and rudely. Moreover, he intentionally gave me bad pieces. This spoiled my evening and the joy of going out and eating. Never visiting the store again until strict action is taken against him. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
