Dude, I had came here for a slight snack and ordered a fanta float with my meal, what happend was there was no ice cream in my Fanta and also ice when I said to not put in it. Then i said about the ice and they took the drink half emptied it and said to go to the ice cream section ahead and you go get it, I did as told and there they put a little ice cream which sank to the bottom...I have went to many McDonald's also abroad but never had I ever seen this kind of service Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s TI Mall, Indore branch. The self-service kiosks were not working, which added to the chaos. Despite a heavy crowd, they were operating with only one order-taking counter, resulting in long waiting lines and delays. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and overall service was quite poor. McDonald’s is known for speed and convenience, but this visit was far from that. Hope the management takes note and improves the service quality. The food was good, but the service really disappointed me. I waited for almost an hour, only to find out they had given my order to someone else. I had ordered a regular meal (burger, fries, and a coke), but they only gave me the burger. No proper communication, no apology either. Not a great experience overall.
