It's a pity, the staff is gracious as most guests mention. A number of people suppose that the service is spectacular. Recently visited this Subway outlet and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was completely unprofessional and seemed untrained. The same person was handling both veg and non-veg preparations without any hygiene separation. The same knife was being used to cut all breads, which is unacceptable. Moreover, there was no proper measurement or consistency in ingredients — the staff was preparing subs however they liked, completely ignoring the brand’s concept of “Make Your Own Sub.” Overall, it was a horrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to visit this particular outlet until proper training and hygiene standards are maintained. Visited at 9am, store is closed. Once also I was there in morning, staff was cleaning floor throwing some liquid on the ground. I was seating having my sub, they threw it on my feet. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400

Hi Subway Team,. Poor show! I just wanted to share my recent experience at your outlet, and honestly, it was quite disappointing. I ordered the Potato Crispers for ₹99, and I got only 7 plain pieces – no salt, no masala, nothing. When I asked the staff to add some masala, they just threw some salt on it. It felt like they didn’t care at all. Even the person making our sub looked very disinterested and just wanted to get it over with. The sub didn’t taste fresh or well made – it was just average, not what I usually expect from Subway. The Latus in the sub was expired I believe because it was in yellow color. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. I hope you look into this and improve the service and food quality at your outlets. Poor show!
