Ruchit the manager at subway calangute goa has very bad customer service ! He made my subs , took payment from me on GPAY and made me wait for half an hour as his system was not showing payment has been made, until he saw the money ! He could have taken screenshot of my UPI ! I was ready to give him my mobile number , I showed him my bank account detail but guy was very stubborn not fit for this business !
