Me and my friends visited Silver shell recently and stayed there for 3 days and everything was splendidly taken care off, right from smooth check-in to the room, food and drinks with pool view sitout and cozy Gazebos, staff courteousness to friendly owners, sales manger and front office manager, prompt services to providing vicinity guidance to us and smooth checkout. Firstly we met ever smiling Mr Prabhat at the front desk during our check-in time and he greeted us with a wecome drink and he made sure we get the best of the view room and carried out smooth check-in. Then we met the sales manager Mr. Ravi who helped us providing guidance of the vicinity and other places to visit in the city. He also assisted us on club selection for the parties as per his guests experiences and made sure we don't follow the trend and spend much on it. One fine day we thought to sit at the pool side have few drinks among us and at that time we met the owners Mr. Abhipray and Mr. Alok who gave us company and exchange thoughts with us on the table and they made sure we have best of the time. They even helped us getting best of their dishes for supper and even for dinner and they made sure the services were prompt and food to be the best in class. Me and my friends had never seen such friendly owners in our life. We always wondered from day one that right from our check-in to checkout how all the staff members of the Hotel are so courteous and helped us in providing best in class services, but after meeting the owners we felt that when they have these fun loving yet respectful chaps leading from the front, no wonder all the guests are taken care off well. I would highly recommend all to must visit the property and experience the services by self as some words would not justify the type of services they provided us. Big thank you to team Silver Shell. Hotel Silver Shell is one of the best hotels near Calangute Beach. I have stayed with my family for 4 Nights there, during 3rd week of Feb'24. Rooms were neat and clean. Balcony gives a beautiful view of Pool side. Staff was very supportive and assisted politely on each query. It is at walakable distance of approx 900m from Calangute Beach. Also, there is a agency on the opposite side of Hotel for availing Scooty on rent, Water activities, Cruise Trip, Casino, etc. Complimentary Breakfast was delicious and different on each day. Even if you are a pure vegetarian then you will not face any issues regarding food quality. Highly recommended !! Thanks Team for making my trip a memorable one Rooms: Rooms were neat and clean. Room service is quick and staff is very supportive. Walkability: It is located near Calangute Chowk and at walakable distance of 900m from Calangute Beach.
