Worst experience. The bread was very dry, and the tables were not cleaned properly. The staff were inattentive and lacked basic customer service. They didn’t even ask for my sauce preference and added it on their own without checking. Very disappointing overall. No proper management. Your food will be cold by the time you get it. You will be always confused thinking where to pay. They don't guide you properly. Also, they denied cash payment. I am very disappointed with the behavior of two staff members at the counter on 3 February 2026 at around 12:00 AM. I requested one sandwich and some hot drinks, but without even checking, they simply stated that no hot drinks were available and told me to find another shop. Later, they realized that Americano was actually available. While preparing the sandwich, they selected the bread without asking for my preference. And crushed pepper also not provided to meWhen I questioned this, they again responded without checking and said it was not available . After the order was prepared, they did not provide a tray for dine-in, claiming that no trays were available. When I questioned this again, they found several trays inside the shop. Due to this unprofessional and careless behavior, I completely lost my appetite and could not eat the sandwich.
