This was my second visit, and once again, the experience was absolutely wonderful! The food here is a true delight—each dish is prepared with care, offering rich and authentic flavors. While I was slightly disappointed that the biryani and kola urundai weren’t available this time, the rest of the meal more than made up for it. We began with the flaky, buttery parotta, which paired perfectly with the succulent nalli (bone marrow) and the incredibly flavorful mutton chukka. The karandi omelette was another highlight—cooked to perfection with a lovely texture. What I especially appreciated was that none of the dishes were overly spicy, allowing the natural taste of the ingredients to shine. The balance of flavors was just right, making every bite enjoyable. The service was attentive, and the ambiance added to the overall pleasant dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning and hope to try the biryani and kola urundai next time! Highly recommend this place for anyone who appreciates well-cooked, flavorful food without excessive heat. We went to Subbu Bamboo Garden Restaurant for dinner with high expectations based on the reviews, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The parotta and salna were served cold, and the same issue was repeated with the idiyappam and bun parotta. Even after repeatedly requesting the server to provide hot food, they failed to address it. The taste was bland and unremarkable—there was absolutely nothing special about the food. The service was outright poor, and the atmosphere was uninviting and in dire need of improvement. Overall, the experience was terrible, and I strongly do not recommend this place. It needs major changes to meet even basic standards.
