I like this Blaack Forest's services in general, the ambience and their cakes. I like Blaack Forest for their empathy in employing their work force. No complaints at all. Still give 1 start for one specific reason. Wish them do some coaching for their employees. It has been our habit to carry cloth bags and avoid taking carry bags from stores. White it has always worked, there was an exception last week. Told the sales person there not to give carry bag. She said "வேண்டாம்னா குப்பையில போடு'. Meaning, if you don't want it, throw it in the dust bin. That's not just rude, it was a wrong view point when we're all in a need to do our part to save the earth. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
