I visited Studio XO Bar in Ludhiana for the first time today, and my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I asked the staff about the entry procedures, but instead of greeting us, he ignored our questions entirely. I was more than willing to pay the cover charges, but the staff's attitude made us feel insignificant. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I hope they can improve their approach in the future. Service: 1
