You need to get a better guy at the reception. Your manager needs to give some waiting time idea to people instead of saying that just wait. He seems very rude and not at all hospitable. Train your guy or give him early retirement. Better food at lesser prices is served at 100 restaurants near you, people come to experience hospitality in a fine dining restaurant at which you fail miserably. One more thing stop taking bookings through zomato if you can't fulfill the commitment and just want people to wait endlessly for a table. Bad experience not recommended to anyone.
