We had a really bad experience at Street 528. We only gave a simple and honest review saying that the pasta was bland we weren’t rude, didn’t raise our voice, and didn’t even ask for a replacement or refund. Instead of taking feedback professionally, the owner came over and bashed us in a very rude and arrogant way. Absolutely shocking behavior toward customers who were just sharing their opinion. Never expected such treatment. Never ever visiting again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. Service: Dine in

After discussing it, there was no clear issue with the food - and despite having eaten most of it, you requested a replacement.
