Positive: -Concept of the property and the way it is built is very unique -Staff is courteous and helpful -Location is amidst the main hub of the city. The boat tours, market, beach is on a distance of 10-15 minutes. -Considering it’s a huge property, they have quick buggy services for pickup and drop. -Rooms are quite spacious and you can enjoy the view of the water from your balcony. Negative: -Maintenance is a huge problem. There was dust on the bed side, lamps. The bathroom door did not close properly. -The toilet seat and the area near the wash basin was dirty. The shower glass had lot of stain marks. The towels had a weird smell. -The worst was that the water smelled really bad. My face started itching after I showered. I had to use the filtered water to wash my face brush my teeth for the remaining time on the property. -While it is understood that insects might be around the property due to the water body but we found a huge spider on the bed after few minutes of entering the room. It is mentioned as a luxury and 5 star property on multiple platforms which is extremely false. They are charging huge amount for the rooms and it is definitely not worth it. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

They will make you or shall I say force you to fill the feedback right in front of them Ambience is nice but rooms esp bed are not comfortable. Food are overpriced

Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey is a perfect getaway! The serene backwater views, spacious and clean rooms, and excellent service made our stay truly memorable. The food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly warm and helpful. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
