Subhash Hotel is at Alappuzha Customs. I heard that it was an old shop. The same can be seen in the case of food. good food Had rice (Rs. 80) and two kinds of fish curry (chilli and grated coconut) and three joint curries of fried fish followed by shrimp roast (Rs. 200) and kappa (Rs. 40). Everything was fine. The prawn roast is a must try. It is simple food. Those who come to Alappuzha can try and see. It is only 2-3 km from KSRTC stand.
