Recently, I visited Subhash Hotel based on a recommendation from a local, and it truly turned out to be an authentic taste of Kerala seafood. The staff were extremely friendly, and the owner was very kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. Their main dish is the traditional Kerala meals set, which comes with 4–5 delicious side dishes along with fried fish. You can also order additional seafood items separately. We tried the prawns and crab, and both were absolutely amazing, super soft, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Every dish felt fresh and authentically prepared. Overall, I absolutely loved the experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy genuine Kerala-style seafood. Definitely worth a visit!
