Small resort in a beautiful area. If you like nature & forests, then this is worth visiting. The rooms need upgrades. The bathroom in our room 210 was small & functional but very dated. Friendly staff & good food. There is a games room and a swimming pool & gym. However other Sterling resorts I have stayed at had a lot more entertainment & kids activities. This resort was pretty much dead. Service: 5

This Sterling properties located at the bank of the Siruvani river. While the property itself is relatively small compared to other Sterling locations, it does have its unique charm due to its proximity to the river. However, I did notice that the access to the river has been closed, which was a bit of a disappointment. The view from the designated viewpoint wasn't particularly impressive either. On a brighter note, there is still a way to access the river via an adjacent road next to the exit gate. Another point of concern was the parking situation. As the resort is quite optimized in space, there isn't any parking available inside the premises and no valet service either. Guests are required to park their vehicles at their own risk outside the resort, near the exit gate. Unfortunately, there are no security personnel or cameras monitoring this parking area, which could be a potential issue. Additionally, I found the staff to be courteous and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant despite the minor inconveniences. The room service was prompt, and the food options were satisfactory, though a bit limited. I hope these observations are helpful for any future improvements. Had a great stay at Sterling Anaikatti with my 4 year old kid. Mr. Debashish from restaurant went way beyond and took great care for food arrangements for my kid. Only feedback is, we opted for jungle safari. The off road ride experience was good but the jeep in which we went didn't feel safe. Not covered and we had a doubt how will we be safe in case of any animal encounter. The room was good and river view from the deck was very beautiful but bathroom was very small and heater didn't work. Overall nice and a relaxing stay. Kudos to all the staff there who were very polite. Service: 5
