If you want to remember Fun N Food Village, come to this restaurant first. Ordering perfectly cooked tomato soup, chilli chicken and chicken biryani is a nice experience here. A number of guests think that you can drink good bitter at Step Inn.
Select between indoor and outdoor seating. The gracious staff welcomes people all year round. This place is notable for its enjoyable service. Delicious meals at adequate prices are offered here. Complaint: Charged Twice for Paneer Tikka Starter & Rude Behavior by OwnerWe visited this restaurant and were charged twice for the same item – Paneer Tikka starter, which is clearly visible on the bill (attached). This is a billing mistake from the restaurant’s side.When we pointed this out and approached the owner for clarification, instead of resolving the issue, he was extremely rude and unprofessional, and spoke to us disrespectfully. This behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable.We paid the full amount, including the extra charge, but did not receive any proper explanation or correction.I request immediate action, a refund for the extra amount charged, and strict action against such rude customer handling. This kind of experience seriously affects customer trust and should not be ignored.
