I have been a very regular customer to this restaurant and loved the customer service and food. Today (22nd October 2025) was an extremely disappointing day in terms of both food and customer service. I got served assorted dimsum basket where I complained had undercooked dimsum (raw) and the honey chilli potato was insanely sweet, I could barely get any chilli or crunch from potato, all I could taste was honey. To top this, the staff were ignorant of my complaints and when finally I requested feedback; I was not given one even after asking for almost 10 minutes. They mentioned that they don’t keep feedback form and asked me to update my review on Zomato. I remember giving excellent feedback on the feedback form last time I visited but this time when I had criticism, suddenly the feedback form vanished. This was an extremely disappointing experience especially considering I have visited this restaurant countless times. Very disappointed!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
