Visited Steamin’ Mug with two friends on a quiet Sunday afternoon. The café was absolutely empty — and now we know why. We ordered three cups of ginger lemon tea and three stuffed omelettes to start with. Later, we asked for two cups of coffee and one extra cup to share — and were told, quite rudely, that “three persons must order three coffees.” Apparently, sharing a cup here is a crime! It’s hard to imagine a more hostile approach to customers, especially when the place is gasping for business. With so many warm, welcoming cafés within a 100-metre radius, there’s absolutely no reason to waste time or money here. If you’re looking for good vibes and good service, walk a few steps in any direction — you’ll find much better company elsewhere. It was a wonderful experience at Steamin Mugs last week . In a beautiful ambience ,with an excellent service you feel simply happy and pleasant while you are there. The warmth is in the air.
