The staff are more focused on phone calls rather focusing on customer service. I visited around 9:30 PM and told that I will like to eat the carrot cake and the staff there is not paying attention. Instead he delayed the order first and then later he did take away. Disgusting pathetic service. Standards are being degraded of starbucks.
