Disappointing handling of what should have been a simple order. I requested a short iced Americano and was told that Starbucks does not offer iced beverages in a Short size. When I mentioned I’ve ordered it previously at other outlets, the exchange became unnecessarily tense. Another barista inserted herself into the interaction, made remarks under her breath, and declined to disengage even when her colleague attempted to handle the order. Ironically, I was then able to order a short iced cold brew — which made the earlier explanation unclear. The issue was not the drink. It was the escalation, inconsistency, and lack of composure in handling a routine request. I hope the store aligns internally on policy and customer interaction standards. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Baristas here are full of a shitty attitude. They’re just serving coffee and I hope they realise that people come here to sit and relax and get work done and not resolve the baristas’ attitude problems
