Been a loyal customer for so long but when I ordered from Swiggy I received chocobite icecream without the choco bites only the plain chocolate ice cream. Called the store and they were really unhelpful Update: Corporate support called and actually blamed ME for not keeping a melting, half-eaten tub in my freezer. I had guests to serve for my birthday, but they care more about "policies" than their own manufacturing defects. Told them to keep my ₹357 to hire better staff. I’m done with Naturals.
