I guess queues don’t exist. Barista asked me to wait and in a ten minute span, 2 people smiled and placed orders ahead of me . Roshni noticed and promptly and expediently took care of me WHILE taking care of other customers ON ORDER. GREAT customer service by her. A nice and quiet Starbucks in a busy mall. I would like to especially mention Omkar, who effortlessly anticipates the guests’ wishes. It’s both beautiful and impressive to witness how young individuals like Omkar embody the art of service and bring heartfelt hospitality to life. What I liked: Ambience: Warm lighting, comfy seating, and a relaxed vibe, ideal for a quick catch-up or a bit of work. The seasonal drink menu had some interesting options. Service: Friendly and efficient baristas, the order was accurate and served promptly. Cleanliness: Tables and floors were well-maintained, with staff regularly tidying up. Where there’s room to grow: Coffee strength: I prefer a stronger brew, felt a bit on the milder side this time. Seating during peak hours: Can get a bit crowded on weekends, anticipate wait time or snag your spot early. Wi-Fi speed: Decent but can lag slightly during busy periods, fine for casual browsing, but heavier work might be a challenge.
