What a beautiful Starbucks Experience this was. A dream cum true. I loved the frappe. I love butter Croissants from Starbucks. They are to die for. Thanks for a warm and cozy experience. The girls here helped me with the menu. They wished me a good day while leaving too. The staff is kind. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹600–800

Starbucks used to be amazing once. A premium coffee shop with the best cold coffee I had in India, tho that was when I was in school in mid-late 2010s. Now the place has completely transformed in a worst possible way. 1.Interior have just become very generic and they have replaced once amazing classy furniture with cheaper ones with wannabe modern look that just looks cheap as well. 2.Staff that’s on the counter chooses to ignore your request to clean on the table and choose to prioritise talking to their friends which fill half of the store. Cleaning staff is still polite tho I think they have a fixed shift time, so unless they show up, the people on the counter are going to let trash pile up on tables. 3.Crowd at Starbucks was one of its highlight once. Coffee enthusiasts, professionals and posh people filled the cafe and it was a good vibe in there where you could focus on work or read if you hadn’t come with a friend to chat. BUT now, it’s really weird to me that for a place that is so expensive some people with really sub urban look and styling almost like a labourer fill the cafe. Most of them seem to be friends of staff that choose to ignore you and chat with them. Now I am not discriminatory or classist but these crowd have shown no civic sense at all. They come in chappals and they sit crossing their leg and their disgusting bare foot facing towards you. It doesn’t end there, they do all sorts of things that disgust you. There was this one time I went with a female friend, and one of such crowd was look at her with a disgusting gaze. Never would have I thought I’d feel uneasy in Starbucks(tho this incident happened in Phoenix Market city branch). 4.Before pandemic era, starbucks almost had a monopoly for premium coffee chain but now that chains like Coffee nation and Blue Tokai that sold coffee at half price and old starbucks experience respectively, I had come I rarely went to Starbucks. And when I went back to Starbucks I was shocked to witness all these changes. Made my mind never to go back. Competition is just too good and offers way more without overcharging. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
