The two female baristas keep chatting with each other and don’t serve customers. The poor male barista has to serve customers plus do admin work for these ladies, leaving customers unattended. Weird starbucks, this. I would like to reiterate that despite highlighting the bad behaviour and poor customer service, this Starbucks continues to fall short of decent customer service’s standards. The female barista, who is also the manager is absolutely the worst. Bad experience here every time I visit. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
