Had a corporate dinner with a set menu. Drinks variety was very good and I was satisfied with my Limoncello. Starting with starters - Paneer tikka was just fine, Hara bhara kebab also good, Dahi k sholey were very tasty. All in all, good but nothing exceptional for a fine dine. Main course is where disappointment started. Dal Makhani, Paneer and bhuna pyaaz all were below expectations. Spices and taste seemed to have vanished. Veg biryani also could not uplift the taste. Breads were okay, nothing special. Desserts also disappointed me, as I am dessert aficionado. Gulab jamun's core was still solid, I mean not as soft as the outer, seemed like it was re-heated. Maybe I am wrong. Rasmalai was okay. Overall, Diya has a CFT of 4500₹, which means it is a fine dine restaurant and guests expect something beyond normal dining. Something unique in flavors. First bite should make you eat more of that dish. I am sorry but I am not visiting Diya again. That's not worth the money spent. 3 stars for hospitality, ambiance of the place and decor. unnecessary water charges 800 per bottle, snacks/ appetizer were really good, main course quite average
