Our team of nearly 12 members recently dined at your BBQ restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. Several of the food items had an unpleasant smell, which made them difficult to enjoy. Additionally, the gravies were served cold, which significantly affected the taste and overall dining experience. Since BBQ dining is usually known for freshly prepared and well-served food, this was quite disappointing. Given that the same issues were experienced by most of our group, we felt it was important to share this feedback. We hope this will be taken constructively and that improvements will be made in food quality, temperature, and overall service to ensure a better experience for future customers. I visited BBQ nation on a weekend for dinner. It was largely busy. The starters very fresh and hot. The live counter Palak chaat was good. The main course has a decent spread. Though for kids pizza option was missing. Dessert spread was good as well. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400
