Gave me the wrong order. I ordered a Frappuccino which is made of blended ice, and they clearly gave me an iced latte which has ice cubes in it. It tastes awful.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks café. I ordered an oat milk cappuccino, and it was simply awful. The drink arrived flat with no froth, making it look unappealing. Worst of all, it didn’t taste like coffee at all. It lacked any depth or richness, leaving me with a bland, watered-down flavor. I had high hopes, but this was a major letdown. I won’t be coming back anytime soon and wouldn’t recommend this place for coffee lovers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
