I hosted my engagement at Moondust Cafe, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life. Despite confirming the time well in advance, the setup was not ready when my guests started arriving. The staff was still arranging things, which was highly unprofessional and embarrassing.
To make matters worse, there was absolutely no proper service available. My guests and I had to constantly search for staff members, and in some cases, even arrange things ourselves. It felt completely chaotic and mismanaged.
I had made the full payment in advance, including charges for photography and videography. However, even after repeated calls and messages to the manager, I have not received a single photo or video from the event. My calls and messages are now being ignored.
This entire experience has left me extremely disappointed. I would strongly advise anyone planning a special event not to book Moondust Cafe. Their lack of professionalism and poor service can ruin what is supposed to be one of the most memorable days of your life.
