I had another disappointing experience with the same staff member, Rajesh this time at the Starbucks Balewadi High Street outlet and once in Aundh recently before. His behaviour was unpleasant, and he even influenced another employee, Vaibhavi, on what to do and what not to do, which completely ruined the experience. To make things worse, in my order I found a piece of paper in it which shows their attention to work. The quantity served was barely half of what I usually get. It’s really disheartening to see this level of service, especially when I visit Starbucks almost every day. People like Rajesh / Vaibhavi definitely need proper training before interacting with customers because they affect the entire experience negatively.
