I recently visited Baskin Robbins and tried a few different ice cream options. While the taste and variety were good, a few aspects of the experience left me with mixed feelings. Order Details & Taste (4/5) We tried: • Iranian Pista Kulfi Sundae – Rich, creamy, and had a nice pistachio flavor. • Brw Ala Mode (Dutch Chocolate & Three Cheers Chocolate) – A chocolate lover’s delight, but slightly overpriced. • Croissant Cone Lotus Biscoff – Unique presentation, but the taste was just decent. • Golden Ferrero Sundae – Good combination of chocolate and hazelnut, though not extraordinary. The flavors were well-balanced, and the ice creams were fresh, but nothing truly stood out as exceptional. Service (3.5/5) The service was decent but could have been more engaging. There was no real effort from the staff to recommend flavors or enhance the experience. Pricing & GST Concern (3/5) The prices were already on the higher side, but the 18% GST (₹168.30 on ₹935) made the bill unexpectedly high. It felt excessive for an ice cream order and reduced the overall value-for-money factor. Ambiance (3/5) The place was clean and had a nice setup, but it was nothing too special. It’s a good spot for a quick dessert, but not necessarily a place to sit and relax for long. Overall Rating: (3/5) While the ice cream itself was enjoyable, the high pricing and GST made the experience feel a bit underwhelming. It’s worth a visit if you don’t mind the extra charges, but there are other places offering similar quality at better prices.
