One of the decent Starbucks to visit in mumbai. Like all other Starbucks this one is severely short on staff. Hence, stained, dirty, shabby, unhygienic tables are a common sight - nothing unique; a regular occurrence at all Starbucks. The counter was sweet, but did not give me a bill. I paid by card so I am assuming the money went into Starbucks account. Location: is really good. The crowd is young. Students mostly. Sometimes the occasional entrepreneurs as well. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹800–1,000

Extremely disappointed with the Starbucks at TIAN Building, Gulmohar Road (Vile Parle). Customers are made to carry hot drinks upstairs — unsafe and inconvenient. A dog was tied outside, barked aggressively, and when it ran toward me, staff dismissed my concern rudely. Counters are often unattended, yet they ask for good reviews but ignore safety and service. Totally unlike the Starbucks standard I’ve trusted for years.
