I had gone to Starbucks today after failing my exam, but the staff were oversmart. After we said we want a java chip,the lady said to take belgian instead and then she just asked if we want icecream inside or on top, we said on top so she charged extra in the bill, without informing about the extra charge. She refused to give the bill too, it is illegal to provide a service and charge money without providing a proper invoice orelse gst is not paid to the government, but charged from the customer. Very arrogant staff who think only rich people can come to them. This kind of attitude should be changed! There are so many cafes still we chose to come here, it was our biggest mistake. Thanks for ruining my mood Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
