Visited for the first time (28.12.25) with my friend and a loved one. We ordered for two toffee crunch latter frappuccino and one iced latte. I think, for the quality we were served, Starbucks is definitely overhyped for no reason. The frappuccino had only ice in it, the whipping cream didn't taste like cream because of excessive amount of crushed ice. Plus, the milk was too watery and not creamy at all. It was a holiday special so we thought it would be obviously tasty, but the cold beverage was below par. They use loads of ice and toned milk, which worsens the rich and indulgent taste a cold brew should have. They said the sweetness would be well balanced in this drink but I found it too sweet to my liking. And my friend who had iced latte also regretted her decision because half of the glass was ice lending it the pathetic taste, and she found it too bitter so she got herself another sachet of sugar.
