Worst Starbucks experience in town. Starbucks has a good standard of service w.r.t quality of coffee, which is why people prefer Starbucks cause their staff always customizes coffee to your preference. I ordered a cappuccino here and clearly mentioned it should be strong, the lady on reception first forgot to give me my bill; then altogether forgot to give me my coffee. Finally when I went and checked after people behind me in queue received their coffee's she gave me attitude and then the coffee and it was very mild and when I went back she yelled loudly at me that if I wanted a stronger coffee I should pay extra 65 Rs for a shot; which pissed me off because she could have charged me the same while I was ordering if that was the case (which has never been in any other outlet, still you specify while billing if it's the case). Firstly not paying attention to the order, then forgetting to serve, then acting rude to coverup and trying to embarrass a customer who's already paid their bill and waiting. I told her this was probably my 100th Starbucks coffee and that I don't need advice when I've already specified the needs while ordering and this is the worst Starbucks service I've received; another staff member covered up and gave me a 1/4th shot of espresso to fix the horrible coffee & I literally had my worst watery Starbucks coffee ever here in this outlet.
