Starbucks was usually know for its glass and the name on it. The old paper glass look was genuine one. It seems to be too dull glass now. I ordered 2 Cold Coffee, the attendent asked for my name and the other glass had no name as he did not asked for it. Seems he not even borther about it. Secondly, the attendent said that the payment is not received after a successful transaction and was deducted from my side which was refunded back automatically. Seems the Starbucks server is not that good. Increased the customers efforts. Third, he asked me in which coffee the sugar needs to be added. He marked it on the glass. Then asked me to pick the sugar pouches. Agar mere ko hi add karni thi sugar to pucha kyu tha. Lol. Over all this was my second visit and both had bad experience. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

It is a nice outlet in Barnala! It is good to see starbucks reach out in tier-3 cities of Punjab. The service and ambience was as good as it gets at starbucks Staff was very professional and polite. Nice music too! Overall - Recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
